Whether your roof is tile, slate or shingle, sooner or later the Arizona sun will make your roof leak!  It’s not the tile or shingle that leaks, it’s the Underlayment. It dries out, cracks, and then allows moisture to get to the frame roof our your home.

For example, fascia board may need to be replaced, roof plywood may need to be replaced, roof mount A/C units may need to be removed or raised in order to replace the underlayment, pipes or electrical conduit may need to be moved or repaired. These are just a few examples of other repairs that come along with re-roofing a home.

Grand Building and Remodeling can perform these trades “in-house” without having to hire other subcontractors. This also allows us to maintain closer supervision of the work to ensure a quality job. Most other companies that specialize in just roofing have to subcontract these trades to other companies and these higher subcontracted costs are passed on to the customer.
